EASY to make South Indian Idli Mix in just 3 Easy Steps:


1. Mix 750 ml of water to 500g of Instant Rice Idli in a Vessel and mix it with spoon gently to make the paste smooth. 

2. Grease Idli maker with oil, pour in Idli paste & close the lid.

3. Turn the flame high for 15 min & allow the steam to pass out Off the flame & wait till the cooker cools down.

 Serve it with sambhar & coconut chutney.
